People don’t understand the frustrations, the confusion, the worry and the fear that we may experience throughout our journey with T1D 🫶🏼
But even though it can feel lonely in more ways than one, this is why speaking to others and peer support is so incredibly important, something I put a huge emphasis on within my Diabetes coaching programme 🫂
