🎖🎉 Veterans Breakfast with Westview Lodge Care Home 🎉🎖

Valarie had a wonderful time attending the Hartlepool Veterans Breakfast Club. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet and chat with fellow veterans from the local area, sharing stories and laughter over a delicious full English breakfast. The morning was even more special as the club celebrated their 7th birthday.🍳☕

A truly enjoyable outing filled with great company, great food and wonderful memories. 💗

We’re on the run up to Easter and couldn’t wait to get started on our crafts! 🎨✨

Our residents have been busy decorating eggs and creating a lovely spring bouquet to brighten up the home. Lilian’s favourite part was choosing her favourite coloured feathers and making her eggs extra bright and cheerful. Julie-Ann thoroughly enjoyed colouring in her eggs and adding fun patterns!🪶🌈

🎯🍻 A Game of Darts at Hillview Care Home! 🍻🎯

During our recent residents’ meeting, two of our residents asked for a darts board for the conservatory, so our manager made their wish came true! 💗😄

Brian, Joe, Marleen, Sheila, and Bob had a fantastic time enjoying games of darts, a few rounds of dominoes, and a well-earned beer. It was the perfect afternoon filled with laughter and friendly competition.🍺🎯

Our residents enjoyed a lively session of number bingo followed by animal bingo. Sheila was over the moon after winning twice, Dorothy couldn’t believe her luck when she got a win, and Laura shouted “BINGO!” super loudly after waiting for one number for ages. 😄🎉

It was fantastic to see everyone having so much fun, cheering each other on, and enjoying the excitement of the game. 🥰

💖🌹 Valentine’s Day at St Helens Care Home! 🌹💖

Our activities team made sure Valentine’s Day was packed with plenty of fun! Residents enjoyed drinks at the bar and tasty snacks including pork pies, mini sausages, crisps, and pizza. There were plenty of Valentine-themed activities, from biscuit decorating and card-making to dancing and singing along to music on both the record player and TV. 🎶💃

To make the day even more special, we made up little bouquets with a soft toy and a rose for all our ladies, and which they loved! 🌹🐻
