I love to be outside in nature and when I moved to Bridport in September 2018 from South East London one of the main things I was looking forward to was exploring my new home town on foot. I find it really beneficial for my mental health, allowing me to clear my head of the working mum chatter. As a postnatal doula and mum of three I know that early motherhood has many challenges and can be very lonely. I set up ‘A Breath of Fresh Air’ as an opportunity for new and expectant parents to meet each other, to get some fresh air and light exercise, and to discuss shared experiences.
