Spring Equinox (Ostara) – A Time of New Beginnings
The Spring Equinox is the point in the year where day and night are of equal length, a moment of balance between light and dark as we move out of winter and into the growing energy of spring.
From here, the days become longer, the light returns, and everything in nature begins to awaken. You can see it all around us in the buds, the flowers and the shift in the air.
Traditionally, this has been a time to honour new beginnings, growth and renewal. A moment to pause and reflect on what you want to nurture and bring into your life as the seasons change.
To mark this, I’m holding a Spring Equinox (Ostara) gathering at Forgotten Forest.
We’ll spend the day in a calm, cosy and slightly witchy space, taking time to slow down, connect and welcome the energy of the new season.
The day will include a sharing circle, intention setting, seasonal ritual, a small craft, sound healing, time around the fire, and soup and cake together. There will also be an optional sauna and cold plunge for anyone who would like to use it.
It’s a gentle, supportive space to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythm of the seasons.
