Spring Equinox (Ostara) – A Time of New Beginnings
The Spring Equinox is the point in the year where day and night are of equal length, a moment of balance between light and dark as we move out of winter and into the growing energy of spring.
From here, the days become longer, the light returns, and everything in nature begins to awaken. You can see it all around us in the buds, the flowers and the shift in the air.
Traditionally, this has been a time to honour new beginnings, growth and renewal. A moment to pause and reflect on what you want to nurture and bring into your life as the seasons change.
To mark this, I’m holding a Spring Equinox (Ostara) gathering at Forgotten Forest.
We’ll spend the day in a calm, cosy and slightly witchy space, taking time to slow down, connect and welcome the energy of the new season.
The day will include a sharing circle, intention setting, seasonal ritual, a small craft, sound healing, time around the fire, and soup and cake together. There will also be an optional sauna and cold plunge for anyone who would like to use it.
It’s a gentle, supportive space to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythm of the seasons.

New Moon Women’s Circle – This Friday
The new moon is a time to slow down, reflect and set intentions for the weeks ahead.
This Friday we’ll be gathering in the cabin at Forgotten Forest for a calm and cosy evening, stepping away from the busyness of life and taking some time just for ourselves.
The evening will include a gentle sharing circle, intention setting, a small ritual, sound healing and time to simply relax and be.
There’s something really special about coming together like this. Even if you arrive not knowing anyone, the space is always warm, welcoming and supportive.
If you’ve been feeling like you need a reset, some quiet time, or a chance to reconnect with yourself, this could be exactly what you need.

Floating Sound Healing – April Sessions
I’ve added a number of floating sound healing sessions throughout April and spaces are already starting to fill.
Floating sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie on a large floating mattress on warm water while the sound of bowls, gongs and chimes gently fills the space around you. The water supports the body completely, allowing muscles and joints to soften while the sound vibrations help calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
The atmosphere during these sessions is incredibly peaceful and restorative, and many people say they leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply relaxed.
Because the pool can only hold a small number of floating mattresses, spaces are limited for each session.
If you’ve been thinking about trying floating sound healing, April could be a lovely time to come along.

What a beautiful Floating Sound Healing session last night ✨
The energy in the room was so calm, peaceful and supportive. Watching everyone completely relax and surrender to the sound while floating in the warm water was truly special. Thank you to everyone who joined and shared the space.
Sound healing offers so many wonderful benefits for both the body and mind. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, support deeper relaxation and improve sleep. Many people also experience emotional release, mental clarity, reduced muscle tension and a deep sense of inner balance. When combined with floating, the body can fully let go, allowing the sounds to travel through the water and create a deeply immersive, restorative experience.
It’s always such a privilege to hold these sessions and witness the calm and connection that fills the space.
I’m already looking forward to the next one 💫
If you’d like to experience it for yourself, keep an eye out for the upcoming dates.
Thank you again to everyone who came along last night. Your energy made it truly magical.

Floating Sound Healing – April & May Sessions
Floating sound healing is one of the most unique and deeply relaxing experiences I offer.
You lie back on a large floating mattress on warm water while the sound of bowls, gongs and chimes gently fills the space around you. The water fully supports the body, allowing muscles and joints to completely relax, while the sound vibrations help calm the nervous system and slow the mind.
Something very special happens during these sessions. The whole pool becomes quiet and still, and people drift into a deeply restorative state where the body can truly rest.
Floating removes pressure from the body, the warm water helps release tension, and the sound works through the nervous system to bring a sense of calm and balance.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and incredibly relaxed, and often sleep deeply afterwards.
Because the pool can only hold a small number of floating mattresses, the sessions are always very peaceful and intimate.
I’ve now added new floating sound healing dates throughout April and May, and spaces are available.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or like your body just needs a proper reset, this is a beautiful way to give yourself that time.

Friday Morning Sound Healing in the Cabin
There’s something really special about starting the day with sound healing.
Before the busyness of life takes over, it’s a chance to slow down, lie back in the warmth of the cabin and allow the sound of the bowls to bring your body into a deeply relaxed state.
The vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension and settle the mind, leaving you feeling more grounded, balanced and ready for the rest of the day.
Many people find it’s the perfect reset before heading back into work, family life or the weekend.

Floating sound healing is one of the most beautiful things I offer at Forgotten Forest.
It’s such a different experience to a normal sound bath. Instead of lying on the floor, you float gently on warm water while the sound of bowls, gongs and chimes moves through the space around you.
The water supports your body completely, allowing muscles and joints to soften and relax. At the same time the sound vibrations help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeply restful state.
Something shifts during these sessions. The atmosphere becomes incredibly calm and peaceful, and by the end people often look completely different to when they arrived — softer, quieter, more relaxed.
It’s one of those experiences that’s difficult to explain properly until you’ve felt it.
Floating sound healing sessions are running over the next few weeks, with spaces currently available at the end of March and more dates throughout April and May.
If you feel like your body and mind need a proper reset, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

The evening will include:

• new moon intention setting

Floating sound healing is one of the most powerful ways to bring the body and mind into deep relaxation.
During the session you gently float on warm water while the sound of the bowls, gongs and chimes moves through the space. The water fully supports the body, allowing the muscles and joints to completely relax, while the sound vibrations work with the nervous system to slow brain waves and bring the body into a restorative state.
This combination of water and sound helps:
• regulate the nervous system
• reduce stress and tension in the body
• support deeper sleep
• calm the mind
• release physical and emotional tension
• create a deep sense of relaxation and balance
Floating also removes pressure from the body, allowing muscles and joints to soften in a way that rarely happens in everyday life.
There are spaces available for the floating sound healing on Saturday 28th March, and I’ve also added lots of new floating sessions throughout April and May.
Spaces are limited as the pool can only hold a small number of people comfortably.

✨ FLOATING SOUND HEALING – A DIFFERENT KIND OF SELF-CARE ✨
📍 Plains Pool
🕰️ 1-hour session
🌿 Slow • Restorative • Deeply relaxing
Floating sound healing is one of my favourite things to offer. It’s exactly what it sounds like and yet so much more.
You lie back on a comfortable airbed, gently floating on warm water, while layers of sound from gongs, singing bowls and chimes move through the space. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to try to relax. You simply allow the sound and the water to support you.
And that’s where the magic happens.
What to expect
• A private pool space
• Both car park and on-street parking
• Unisex changing cubicles and toilet
• A one-hour session, long enough to properly switch off
• Wear something comfortable
• Bring a towel and a spare change of clothes (no one has fallen in yet, but splashes can happen getting in or out)
• Cushions and blankets available for extra comfort
Why this experience is so powerful
We live in a world that constantly encourages us to keep going, stay busy and push through. Floating sound healing offers the opposite. It’s an opportunity to slow down, soften and allow your nervous system to rest.
The combination of water and sound creates a deeply calming experience. As you float, your body is fully supported, which allows muscles and joints to relax. The sound vibrations travel through the air and the water, helping to settle the mind and bring the body into a restorative state.
People often leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.
Potential benefits include:
• Nervous system regulation
• Reduced muscle tension
• Improved sleep
• Lower stress and anxiety
• Emotional release and mental clarity
• Deep relaxation
You don’t need experience and you don’t need to believe anything in particular. You simply need to be willing to lie back, float and rest.
There are currently spaces available for the session on Friday 28th March, and I’ve also added lots of floating sound healing dates throughout April and May.
Spaces are limited as the pool can only hold a small number of people comfortably, so booking in advance is recommended.

If you’ve been feeling like you need something gentler, slower, and more restorative, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
