Have you ever wondered what shamanic journeying actually is?
Maybe you’ve heard the term before and felt curious, but weren’t quite sure what to expect. Or perhaps you’ve felt a quiet pull towards deeper inner work, reflection, and connection, but haven’t known where to begin.
If so, you’re warmly invited to join us for a Shamanic Drumming Circle – Love & the Goddess on Sunday 15th February, 10:00–12:30.
This is a gentle, supportive space where you’ll be guided through a shamanic journey using the rhythm of the drum. There’s no pressure to “do it right” or have any previous experience — just an openness to explore, rest, and see what unfolds for you.
The circle is centred around love, self-nurturing, and the energy of the goddess, offering time to journey inward, reflect, journal, and drum together in community. It’s a beautiful way to slow down, listen to your inner wisdom, and experience shamanic journeying in a safe, grounded setting.
If you’ve ever been curious about this practice, this is a lovely place to experience it for yourself.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
Open to ages 16+.
If you’d like more details or feel called to join us, you’re very welcome to message me or visit:

We’ve had some truly amazing floating sound baths this weekend, and it’s been such a joy to witness.
Seeing people arrive busy, tired, and holding the weight of the week — then watching them float, soften, and completely let go — never gets old. By the end, there’s that quiet glow: relaxed bodies, calm minds, and that unmistakable zen feeling that lingers long after the session ends.
Floating sound baths are deeply restorative. Floating takes pressure off the body and joints, while sound vibrations from singing bowls move gently through the water and the nervous system. Together, they help slow everything down — easing tension, calming the mind, and allowing the body to rest in a way that’s often hard to reach in everyday life.
It’s not just relaxation — it’s deep rest, regulation, and reconnection.
So grateful to everyone who came along, trusted the process, and allowed themselves that time to simply float, receive, and be.

Yesterday I held a beautiful 1–1 shamanic healing for a client in the cabin.
We created a safe, cozy space with intention, sound, and ceremony — a place to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect. These sessions are always humbling to witness. Every healing is unique, and I’m continually in awe of the wisdom that emerges when someone allows themselves to be fully present with their inner world.
What is shamanic healing?
Shamanic healing is an ancient, earth-based practice that works with energy, spirit, and the subconscious. Using tools such as the drum, journeying, sound, and ritual, we access altered states of awareness to support healing on a soul level. Rather than “fixing” you, shamanic healing helps restore balance by reconnecting you with lost parts of yourself, your inner guidance, and your natural wholeness.
How can it help?
Shamanic healing can support emotional release and clarity, healing old wounds or trauma (gently and at your pace), feeling more grounded, calm, and aligned, reconnecting with purpose and intuition, and letting go of energies, patterns, or beliefs that no longer serve you.
Each session meets you exactly where you are. Nothing is forced — only what you’re ready for comes forward.
I’m deeply grateful to do this work and to hold space for such meaningful, heart-led healing. If you’re feeling the call to go deeper, to reconnect, or simply to rest and be held, you’re very welcome here.
If you’d like to know more or book a session, feel free to send me a message.

SOUND HEALING IN THE CABIN

Sound healing can help:
• Calm an overactive mind
• Release tension held in the body
• Support nervous system regulation
• Improve sleep and overall wellbeing
