We're not fans of Black Friday.
Never have been.
Instead, we're celebrating – a movement that prioritises people and the planet.
Every year, the Black Friday rush generates mountains of waste: research shows that up to 80% of Black Friday purchases end up in landfills, incineration, or low-quality recycling.
In the UK alone, Black Friday generates an estimated 1.5 million tonnes of waste, with around half coming from packaging materials.
That's why we've chosen a different path.
Since partnering with Greenspark in 2023, we've been planting trees for every product sold and every review shared – positive or negative.
🌳 Together, we've already planted 9,651 trees.
So, if you're shopping with us this Green Friday, know that every Troo order helps restore forests, support biodiversity, and protect our planet's future.
Let's make this Friday count for something truly good.
