For 50 years The Brighton Women’s Centre has been making a positive difference to the lives of women and children in the South East. Women dealing with bereavement or trauma, women who have been through homelessness or the criminal justice system, survivors of abuse or discrimination.

Join us for our first Women’s Workshop of 2024

Awaken your sense of play and your connection to yourself and others in an experiment of Meditative Mark-Making.

We will have our usual dose of Wellness before getting stuck in: a mini session to ground our nervous systems and ignite our fire - from our dear friend .francesca , then we’ll jump into creating an expressive, collaborative piece of art with one of our FAVE local artists

Inspired and guided by Music and Words, Amy will tease out both individual and group energies to unleash (our often un-tapped) POWERFUL FEMALE CREATIVITY.
