There are a few places left on this small-group, experiential 🌟‘IFS meets Polyvagal’🌟 workshop on Tuesday 3 Feb (8-11am on zoom).

Anyone interested in Internal Family Systems who wants to explore their own experience of parts & the nervous system is very welcome, as the workshop is suitable for both professionals and those using IFS personally.

I’m Ruth Culver - a Certified IFS therapist and have twice presented at the IFS International Conference, but love working with small groups, so am happy to offer this - with sliding scale/global equity pricing to make it available to all.
