If you have tight hamstrings, you may feel stiffness, aching, or burning in the back of the thigh.
Most patients with lower back pain and/or leg pain will benefit from hamstring stretching exercises that are done while lying on the back. These hamstring stretching positions are the least stressful.
👌Try these hamstring stretching exercises to help improve overall hamstring flexibility.
You can also use a towel or belt around your foot to assist the stretch. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat on the other leg.
