Take a pen and sit quietly and allow your mind the space and time to think. You have answers for powerful change within you but you may rarely make the time to listen.

Now is that time. Be gentle with these questions, they can be quite triggering and need some kindness and compassion when exploring. ❤️

Ok.. so I didn’t need to do the eye 👁️ movements but you get the picture 🙃

When your eyes are still, your brain tells stories.
That’s the Default Mode Network — the inner narrator.

Slow eye movements switch that network off by engaging the brainstem and oculomotor nerves.
The brain can’t ruminate and orient at the same time.

Add a cool pack to the forehead and you go deeper.
Cooling signals safety through the trigeminal nerve, lowers prefrontal overactivity, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
