Pointing with a meme at how easy it can be to put your mind on pause with a question or request. Bringing your attention to the present moment and Asking:

“I wonder what my next thought will be?
“ who’s my mind talking to?”
“Show me my next thought?”

Stops your inner voice in its tracks and can reveal your thoughts are not created by you, they are a product of your ego and you don’t have to be imprisoned and held back by them.

You never do.

Thoughts appear all by themselves — conditioned, rehearsed, uncontrolled.

Yet most people live as if they’re the author and narrator.

If you’re watching thoughts arrive, how can you be the one creating them?

That means the voice and thoughts in your head isn’t you.

And once that’s known your mind begins to lose its power of control over you.

That’s where your freedom starts.

BREAK THROUGH THE ILLUSION ⬇️

Most of your anxiety and stress comes from your thinking ego mind. It creates illusions inside your head that masquerade as reality it looks real, and it feels real as well you know.

when you look within for the part of you, that is anxious and creating negative thoughts and feelings about a future that does not exist, you begin to break through the illusion.

You can begin to experience this part of you simply dissolving along with the negative thoughts and feelings it was creating to protect you.

And this is as a superconscious way of dealing with anxiety and stress as they begin to appear. Let me know how you get on with this one as I know it can be difficult to get your head around
