We hope you are all staying home and keeping safe during these testing times! As you know perfect balance is still closed and will be still until the government say otherwise!

Just the little things can help people keep going, any health questions of queries please don’t hesitate to drop us a message and we can give you some advice and a helping hand to get you back to feeling like yourself!

On another note if you are looking to stay in shape or work on some home stretching to help relieve those ache and pains we recommend using an App called FitOn it’s a free app that has many different home workouts and stretching session to help keep you busy, with added sessions of meditation to help sooth your stresses about covid!

It is with a heavy heart that the decision has been made to close perfect balance until further notice, with the virus spreading I want to insure everyone is staying home and staying safe! When the virus subsides perfect balance will reopen and have lots of offers to come!
