My name is Louise and I am a Life Coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Coach and qualified in Counselling L2 with CPCAB. NLP was effectively created in the 1970's to help develop and enhance peoples thought processes and behaviours to help them move forward in a way that's comfortable and manageable to them. Life Coaching encourages you through personal or career changes and helps you achieve your ultimate goals. We can talk about anything, no topic is off limits. I offer them as separate sessions or a combo of the two. Unlike any other therapies you do not have to disclose any personal secrets (unless you are comfortable to do so) All sessions are totally confidential. I charge £25.00 for Life Coaching
£30.00 for NLP Sessions
Or £45.00 for a mix of them both. These are introductory prices and are subject to change. All sessions are 1 hour long online via Zoom. Thank You,

We all feel sometimes like we are stuck somewhere we don't belong. Recognising that and being able to get out of the situation can be very difficult, the energy it takes to take charge and change your situation can be brutal.
We all have the ability to do it though so don't forget that.
Listen to your inner child, what would they tell you about the life you've found yourself living?
Do it for them do it for yourself. Find inner peace and courage and move on ❤️✌️🙏

Healing from anything can be so traumatic, it can take weeks months or years to be able to move on from something and even then you may not be back "to normal" whatever normal is.
Is takes tremendous courage to be able to heal because it means leaving a familiar way of life behind you and stepping out into the unknown. Your almost saying goodbye to the trauma of what ever it is your healing from and it can be difficult, but one step at a time when you feel yourself returning to the light, embrace it. Let it wrap its warmth around you and let a smile appear on your lips. This is your new today, this is your fresh start ❤️

I feel like awakenings are in the air at the moment, people are becoming more self aware, every day we wake up with a new feeling and can be unsure why.

Grief has a lot to answer for. The breaking of our collective hearts at some point in our life is not the way we thought life would go.
It's an indescribable feeling of awfulness, terror and sheer panic.
We all have our own journey with it.
We all heal or don't heal differently, since the loss of my dad nearly a year ago I have had about 7 things on this list, however they are not exhaustive and some of things I feel aren't even on here.
Grief is a strange feeling, we all feel it throughout our life for other reasons than a person passing over.
It could be your griefing for the life you've already had or the way you used to look. The loss of a friendship etc.
We all get a snippet of grief but then one wave comes along that hits you even harder. It's difficult to build yourself back up. But be kind to yourself. It really does take time ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Why is it so important?
Well, you need to tell yourself nice kind things to feel better about yourself, you have to believe in yourself and the power of your true potential in the world.
Looking into the mirror and saying that these things will help you to shatter the negative narrative which has been told to you since you were a child.

We all know them, we've all met them. Some of us can't get rid of them and others choose not to.
I've had to get rid of toxic people before and it's Not easy. Some of them don't even know that they're toxic
And that's the real shame of it.
It's all about energy and good feelings.
If you don't get good feelings around certain people then it's time to cull. This is not selfish, it's about protecting your sense of self and using self care to do it.

Letting go can be hard. Having attachments to things that don't serve us can be damaging, grudges and bitterness can eat us up and spit us out.
It's no way to live a life.
Practice meditations daily for a better way of life.
Cutting out dead wood can be very cathartic and freeing.
You'll start to notice a difference if you give it a try.

What does energy mean to you?
There is good energy and bad energy.
Have you ever walked into a room and felt the energy shift? You pick up on a vibe that theres something either not right or it feels so good?
We all have people in our life that can bring our energy down and we put up with it because we care about them, but the truth is in the end it isn't great for our own wellbeing and it can do more harm than good for us.
We all have to cull people from our force field from time to time and it sounds harsh but actually your doing it to protect yourself and your mental health.
Be careful at who you let into your life and be aware that not all energy is good.
