Who has a morning ritual practice? Who wants one? Mine has been an anchor for me for years now, especially during the last season.
What are your favourites?
These are the nine practices in one power hour, all designed to get me into flow state more easily, and recover swiftly. Tend to do it after my first deep work sessions mid morning as when we wake up we are primed for flow so I tend to wake up and flow before food.
I practice the following for an hour during the week, and on weekends, it is 90 minutes on the days I do it, using a timer.

4) Alpha state & Gratitude / Metta Bhavana meditation
5) Visualisation / Future Proofing
6) Affirmations / Up Level my langage
7) Goals for the month, week and day

I'm moving house this week - and have had a season (since April) of moving around a lot, as so many of you do over summertime! I'll be grateful to land in my new home base for the following year. It's in the stunning countryside and close to a wild swimming lake and lots of woodland for my dog Skye to run around in. I love my home, so I will really enjoy grounding in my new place.
It's been incredible to experience the huge power my morning ritual has in creating a sense of home within me, during a time when the physical 'home' is in flux.
It works wonders! And it's not only kept me feeling positive, but it has also allowed me to stay centred and calm, clear and focused.
