POSITIVE VISION
Tuesday 18.2.25

Just as a dirty windscreen obscures the road ahead, negative vision can lead to a loss of clarity, focus and reality. In this session, we will learn how to create and sustain a positive vision of ourselves by standing back from entrenched perceptions and answering appreciative reflective questions on who we are and the values we hold on the most fundamental level. We will then learn how to use the same observation techniques as well as discernment, good wishes and compassion to transform the restricting and negative vision that others may hold of us into one of respect and acceptance. THE MAGIC SWITCH OF 1”

We may struggle to switch on forgiveness and inner freedom and switch off limited judgements, resentment and criticism. Through recognition and practice we can recognise our own tendencies and learn to master the switch. In this online session, Eskender will guide us on a transformative path to forgive, release and forget negative experiences, relationships and emotional blockages in order to remember our true self, realise our greater consciousness and awaken our spiritual powers.
