Goodbye to Kinsale Therapy Centre. I've loved the last 10years and I'm so grateful for all the wonderful people who have come through the doors over the years. Thank you to each and every one of you. I've contacted most people and tried to let everyone know, but just to confirm Therapy Centre will be closing 28th Feb. So, yesterday I went to look at a new potential therapy space. I love where I've been for the last 10years, but I dont deal well with uncertainty, so I just thought I'd have a look. Well, I had reservations but I have to say I loved it and I'm now leaving Therapy Centre at the end of the month. Its only a 10mins drive from Therapy Centre and I'll be giving more details closer to the time (don't want you turning up to the wrong place!) In the meantime, I've got some heaters,disposable gloves and worn screens that need new homes. If anyone would like anything, drop me a message and you can have them near the end of the month . I'll be treating you to a new couch, but my old one has already been nabbed!

We’ve been working silently on creating a tool that talks you through the different colours of your poo and the consistency of your poo. You can also select how often you go to the toilet, and our Poo-Torial will tell you what this might mean 💩

The passing of Dame Deborah James has alerted the nation to importance of looking at our stools. There’s a crippling taboo surrounding poo. When discussing toilet habits, we tend to make the subject humorous to make the conversation feel more comfortable and less serious. But our poo is an indication of our health. Look at your poo. Know what is ‘your normal’. Talk to your doctor about anything unusual for you.
