Wow it’s been a while since I have posted here!
I wanted to introduce as new branch of Claire McLaren Therapies. For the past 3 years I have been training in Reiki. For myself mainly.
To heal from grief. To find myself. To understand myself and my energy better.
To say it’s been transformative is an understatement.
I feel more grounded. More connected to the truest version of myself. I feel able to navigate negative energy from others and not allow it to affect my being as much as it did previously.
Don’t get me wrong I still have my days where I just want to bundle up in blankets and have a good cry and accepting this is part of me too has also been enlightening.
My question to you all is would you like to understand yourself better? Do you feel lost, in pain or at a transitional place in your life?
Reiki is a beautiful gift to give and I would like to offer you all the opportunity to experience it.
