Online classes with Unify! Join our lovely little community, connect with me and feel the benefits of a variety of movement, meditation and breathing practice โœจ

I created this time table and these classes to optimise physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing, whilst bearing in mind that many of us are time bound and need to slot these practices into the working day.

I have put many hours of research and practice into developing a holistic blend for our community that will strengthen the body, promote mobility, flexibility, release stress and bring a sense of joy and inner sparkle.

Itโ€™s about the now, and itโ€™s also about future-proofing. Do you want to be able to run about and throw your grandchildren around or live an independent life as the years progress? Hell yeah ๐Ÿ™Œ

Not to toot my own horn..but Iโ€™m gonnaโ€ฆpeople who practice with me, especially if coming to classes regularly or working with me 1-1 - tell me they feel as though they have come home to themselves. They feel vibrant and life begins to feel aligned, even on the hard days.

There are many ways to help manage unhealthy habits and nurture new ones, including habit tracking and accountability.
But what else can we do to help ourselves? โ€ฆ..Kundalini Yoga!

This Seven-Wave Sat Nam Meditation is fairly simple to learn, and has the ability to rearrange the habit patterns of the subconscious mind ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ซ

How to Practice:

1๏ธโƒฃ Sit tall in easy pose ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ spine straight, hands in Gyan Mudra.
2๏ธโƒฃ Close your eyes and focus at the 3rd eye.
3๏ธโƒฃ Inhale deeply.
4๏ธโƒฃ On your exhale, chant Sat in 6 waves โ€” feeling the vibration rise through your energy centres:

๐ŸงกSacral
๐Ÿ’›Solar plexus
๐Ÿ’šHeart
๐Ÿ’™Throat
๐Ÿ’œThird eye

Let the sound Sat rise upward like a wave ๐ŸŒŠ, and as you chant Nam, radiate the energy at the crown chakra and into the aura.

Continue for 11 minutes or whatever you can manage, building to a maximum of 31 minutes.

๐‘ฒ๐’–๐’๐’…๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’Š ๐‘น๐’Š๐’”๐’† & ๐‘บ๐’‰๐’Š๐’๐’†: a 30 minute uplifting morning kundalini practice to set the tone for the week aheadโ˜€๏ธ

[๐™‰๐™€๐™’] ๐‘ฒ๐’–๐’๐’…๐’‚๐‘ซ๐’‚๐’๐’„๐’†ยฎ: Created my Maya Fiennes, this powerful 60 minute practice combines elements of Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong along with music to energise, heal and inspire โœจ

๐‘ฒ๐’–๐’๐’…๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’Š ๐’€๐’๐’ˆ๐’‚: In this 50 minute session weโ€™ll be practicing traditional Kundalini Yoga kriyas, with focus on one particular kriya for the month ๐Ÿชท

๐‘บ๐’˜๐’†๐’‚๐’• & ๐‘บ๐’•๐’“๐’†๐’๐’ˆ๐’•๐’‰: Expect a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises in this 45 minute session. Build a strong and resilient body for a calm and peaceful mind๐Ÿ’ช

๐‘บ๐’๐’Ž๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’„ ๐‘ญ๐’๐’๐’˜: A dynamic blend of mindful movement and functional fitness, this 30 minute class combines somatic practices with flowing yoga inspired sequences to release tension, aid stability and awaken body awareness ๐ŸŒŠ

๐‘ฌ๐’—๐’†๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’€๐’๐’ˆ๐’‚ ๐‘ต๐’Š๐’…๐’“๐’‚: A special 90 minute class which takes place on the last Sunday of every month.
Weโ€™ll begin with gentle stretching and breathing to soothe your nervous system, before settling in for an hour of deep and restorative Yoga Nidra meditation ๐ŸŒ™

Classes are suitable for all, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Adaptions, variations and support provided.

Yeah Iโ€™m over Summer now, with it being 1st September tomorrow itโ€™s officially cosy season to meeeee ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ

Today Iโ€™m having a wardrobe clear out, getting all the school uniforms and kit ready and clearing through my emails.

It has been a particularly gorgeous summer here in the UK though, and a fun 6 weeks of making memories with the kids and family (hence why Iโ€™ve been quiet on here lately!).

Usually every September I treat like a new year with so many ambitions, goals and action plans, but this year Iโ€™m going to ease back in slow and steady. Steady September Iโ€™m telling myself!
