I’m here to let you know that I’m hosting a gentle nervous system support session on Zoom, created for anyone who’s been feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or stuck in stress mode lately.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing relaxation.
It’s about slowing down, feeling safer in your body, and giving your nervous system what it actually needs.

Here’s what’s included…

✨ Gentle movement and stretches you can do on low energy days.
✨ Simple pranayama (breathwork) to relax the nervous system.
✨ Guided meditation with distanced Reiki healing for soothing and deep relaxation.

Hey friends 👋

I’ve been a bit quieter on socials this month, January has asked me to slow right down and take stock 🤍

There have been some intense SEND parenting challenges that have felt a lot. I’ve cried many tears - some from exhaustion, some sad and some happy. I’ve also had some incredibly proud parent moments too ☺️

I’m also moving through a business audit that’s been deeply powerful, reflective and spiritual. It’s taking a lot of time to process and effectively overhaul everything - but it’s getting there and I’m excited about it ✨

So, this month has been about tending to myself when I can: baths, body care, yoga, meditation, supplements, sleep. All the things that support wellbeing ✨
A very inward January after a busy and very social December 💃🏻and honestly, it’s been necessary 🙏

…BUT, I have a 10 min January Workout Challenge starting for my members TOMORROW, 1st of January, and I’ve decided (literally just now 😅) to open it up to see if anyone else would like to join!

Do you want kick off 2026 feeling heart-led in your goal setting and manifestations?

Then I invite you to join me on the 28th December online between 8pm - 9.30pm for an evening of deep relaxation and sankalpa setting!

A sankalpa is a heartfelt resolve or statement that we repeat at various points during the yoga nidra (reclined meditation) process. It works by planting a seed in our subconscious mind ready to bloom and bring to fruition through our thoughts, words and actions. So what perfect timing to set a sankalpa right before January where many of us reassess our goals and aims.

Also, planting the seed in winter…very in tune with nature too 🌱

You’ll be in the comfort of your own home, so have as many cosy items as you need - pillows, blankets, cups of tea, eye pillows, the more props for your rest nest the better. You can even do the practice from bed 🛌

Do have a pen and paper to hand as well for the journalling and self-inquiry part of the session or to jot down any thoughts or reflections.

Any questions do reach out. The session will be recorded so if you can’t make it live, I will send it to you ☺️

Things look a little different in December. Most classes are on, but there are some changes (see above!). A few cancellations, a couple of time changes and some special classes ✨

Yoga Nidra 8pm-9.30pm - A sankalpa (heart felt resolve) setting/renewal session and deeply relaxing meditation. Perfect just before we kick off the new calendar year.

Online classes with Unify! Join our lovely little community, connect with me and feel the benefits of a variety of movement, meditation and breathing practice ✨

I created this time table and these classes to optimise physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing, whilst bearing in mind that many of us are time bound and need to slot these practices into the working day.

I have put many hours of research and practice into developing a holistic blend for our community that will strengthen the body, promote mobility, flexibility, release stress and bring a sense of joy and inner sparkle.

It’s about the now, and it’s also about future-proofing. Do you want to be able to run about and throw your grandchildren around or live an independent life as the years progress? Hell yeah 🙌

Not to toot my own horn..but I’m gonna…people who practice with me, especially if coming to classes regularly or working with me 1-1 - tell me they feel as though they have come home to themselves. They feel vibrant and life begins to feel aligned, even on the hard days.

There are many ways to help manage unhealthy habits and nurture new ones, including habit tracking and accountability.
But what else can we do to help ourselves? …..Kundalini Yoga!

This Seven-Wave Sat Nam Meditation is fairly simple to learn, and has the ability to rearrange the habit patterns of the subconscious mind 🧠💫

How to Practice:

1️⃣ Sit tall in easy pose 🧘‍♀️ spine straight, hands in Gyan Mudra.
2️⃣ Close your eyes and focus at the 3rd eye.
3️⃣ Inhale deeply.
4️⃣ On your exhale, chant Sat in 6 waves — feeling the vibration rise through your energy centres:
❤️Root
🧡Sacral
💛Solar plexus
💚Heart
💙Throat
💜Third eye

Let the sound Sat rise upward like a wave 🌊, and as you chant Nam, radiate the energy at the crown chakra and into the aura.

Continue for 11 minutes or whatever you can manage, building to a maximum of 31 minutes.

I am excited to announce the new class timetable will be in full swing from next week!

Here’s a little rundown of each class…

𝑲𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒊 𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒆 & 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆: a 30 minute uplifting morning kundalini practice to set the tone for the week ahead☀️

[𝙉𝙀𝙒] 𝑲𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆®: Created my Maya Fiennes, this powerful 60 minute practice combines elements of Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong along with music to energise, heal and inspire ✨

𝑲𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒊 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂: In this 50 minute session we’ll be practicing traditional Kundalini Yoga kriyas, with focus on one particular kriya for the month 🪷

𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒂𝒕 & 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉: Expect a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises in this 45 minute session. Build a strong and resilient body for a calm and peaceful mind💪

𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒘: A dynamic blend of mindful movement and functional fitness, this 30 minute class combines somatic practices with flowing yoga inspired sequences to release tension, aid stability and awaken body awareness 🌊

𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝑵𝒊𝒅𝒓𝒂: A special 90 minute class which takes place on the last Sunday of every month.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching and breathing to soothe your nervous system, before settling in for an hour of deep and restorative Yoga Nidra meditation 🌙

Classes are suitable for all, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Adaptions, variations and support provided.

Yeah I’m over Summer now, with it being 1st September tomorrow it’s officially cosy season to meeeee 🍂🍁

Today I’m having a wardrobe clear out, getting all the school uniforms and kit ready and clearing through my emails.

It has been a particularly gorgeous summer here in the UK though, and a fun 6 weeks of making memories with the kids and family (hence why I’ve been quiet on here lately!).

Usually every September I treat like a new year with so many ambitions, goals and action plans, but this year I’m going to ease back in slow and steady. Steady September I’m telling myself!
