Let's talk Breakfasts! 🍴

Often deemed the most important meal of the day, eating a well-balanced breakfast holds many benefits.

According to the University of New Hampshire, it can support increased concentration and helps you retain and recall information more efficiently.

Breakfast is your first chance at providing your body with essential nutrients during the day, which can often not be accomplished in those who skip breakfast.

💚 Make sure you dig in to a good mix of whole grains, protein, and some fruit and vegetables - such as a delicous granola bowl with plant milk and peanut butter, topped with seeds, nuts and berries! 😋

Today COP26 Coalition urged the nation to participate in uk-wide marches and rallys for climate action justice.

The COP26 Coalition is a UK-based civil society coalition of groups and individuals mobilising around climate justice during COP26. Coalition members include environment and development NGOs, trade unions, grassroots community campaigns, faith groups, youth groups, migrant and racial justice networks.

Viva! has called out for vegans to walk together through the march to raise awareness that going vegan is the single biggest way we can protect the planet 🌱

I feel hopeful that so many people came out to make their voice heard today. Nothing will happen if we won't make governments and desicion makers listen.

According to Medical News Today, 'Studies have shown that dietary fiber may also help regulate the immune system and inflammation. As a result, it could help decrease the risk of inflammation-related conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity.'

Cauliflower is a very versitile vegetable, full of antioxidants and vitamins. Why not give a cauliflower crust pizza, cauliflower “rice or some buffalo cauliflower “wings” a try?
