😊 A Simple exercise to do , when you are Working at your desk, its for only 10-15 seconds !!!
Breath deeply and stretch your back 👍🏾👍🏾
📍Seated lower-back stretch:
Move your seat away from your desk and sit close to the edge. Sit with your legs separated and bend gradually, placing your head close to your knees. Breathe in while you do this. Staying in the position, breathe out and gradually move back to your initial position. This increases your lung capacity and stretches out tight lower back muscles. Repeat this activity five to six times to help stretch your lower back. 📌please do less if is painful 😖 📢👩🏽 Find this helpful? Forward head posture (FHP)

When a person maintains good posture, their head aligns vertically with the spine. Forward head posture (FHP) occurs when a person is leaning their head forward, out of neutral alignment with their spine.
When the alignment of the head is off, it can cause a variety of problems, including stiffness in the neck, pain, and balance issues.

Causes
People may associate FHP with using electronic devices for a long time, such as cell phones or computers.
However, any activity that causes a person to lean their head forward for a prolonged period of time can lead to chronic FHP.
Some potential causes of FHP include:
* slouching
* sleeping with the head raised
* carrying a heavy backpack or purse
* driving with a hunched back
* sewing
* reading in bed
* whiplash or other injuries to the spine
* weakness in the muscles of the upper back
* arthritis and bone degeneration

Forward head posture (FHP) is the most common cervical postural fault in the sagittal plane that is found with different severity levels in almost all populations. Despite claims that FHP may be related to neck pain, this relation seems to be controversial. Thus, our purpose is to determine whether FHP differs between asymptomatic subjects and those with neck pain and to investigate if there is a relationship between head posture and neck pain.

Treatment:

There are several potential treatments that a person can try at home, along with medical interventions.
A person who works using a computer or other devices can practice sitting upright and keeping their neck in a neutral spine position. This means ensuring that the ears are in line with the shoulders.
doctors may recommend physiotherapy.
Poor posture can lead to postural kyphosis. If this is severe, doctors may recommend surgical intervention.
In some cases, a person may find that pain medications may be helpful in reducing pain. A person may want to speak with their doctor about muscle relaxants or prescription-strength medications for severe pain.

What if I tell you that if easier than you think?

One of the reasons I went to the extreme of diets and exercise was that I used to believe that in order to achieve my fitness goals especially fat loss, I needed to cut down carbs and other important nutrients plus adding hours of almost everyday exercise and activity.

Putting myself in Isolation from friends, love ones, and social events because might put me at risk for progression.

But later with trying and error, I tried to ask myself:
- What if I can be more flexible with my nutrition and exercise?

- What if I can plan smarter rather than being extreme to myself?

- What if decided to make fitness part of my lifestyle instead of the other way around?

- What if I can make my own choices and make them personal to me rather than doing a general diet and training?

Essere una persona coerente in palestra è davvero difficile!

Lascia che ti dica come superarlo!
Negli ultimi 7 anni, supportando e guidando così tanti dei miei clienti, mi sono reso conto che il requisito numero uno per la coerenza è avere una tabella di marcia da seguire.

Si tratta di avere la certezza di sapere cosa stiamo facendo ogni volta che andiamo in palestra, e capisco che potresti trovarlo, davvero difficile andare in palestra se non vedi i risultati che stai cercando.

Ecco le mie considerazioni per essere una persona in palestra più coerente:
- Assicurati di avere programmi di allenamento, alimentazione e mentalità.
- Stabilisci per ognuno di loro un obiettivo.
- Collega ogni raggiungimento dell'obiettivo chiedendoti come ti aiuterà, in ciò che apprezzi di più,
Esempio:
Apprezzo il mio lavoro quindi se raggiungo i miei obiettivi su...
Allenamento: lavorerò senza sentire mal di schiena
Alimentazione: lavorerò con più energia e mi sentirò meno stanco.
Mentalità: lavorerò senza stress o ansia
