Late to this party, but I fed the prompt into my ChatGPT to produce a 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 from what it knows about me... Here's what it got wrong...👇🏻

My business has pivoted heavily this past year, with a LOT more gym-floor based work in the Fantastic BCPT Private Members Gym in Aztec West, however my main offer is a Remote Coaching Program, working with Dads all over the UK on their whole lifestyle, habit change, education and mindset 👌🏻

It’s Foodie Post time… Since dropping the Hello Fresh Subscription we have been making more of our own Fresh Meals from Scratch, including lots of variety of carb sources and veggies for those nutrients.
We’ve also eaten out a few times the past couple of weeks, a highlight being a simple Wagamama Donburi Bowl (with Cauliflower Rice)

Always mindful of the balance of nutrients and calories (without tracking) and fueling some hard training blocks 👌🏻

The guys inside my Health Accountability Group right now must feel like they're robbing me! The amount of targeted value I'm adding is frankly silly for a meagre £1 a day...

𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲...
This tiny finger-prick every couple of years gives me 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢 on my testosterone. No guessing!👌🏻

Too many Dads write this stuff off as “just life”:
😫 Constant fatigue
😫 Low mood or motivation
😫 Brain fog at work
😫 Stubborn belly fat
😫 Poor gym progress or recovery
😫 Lower libido or confidence
😫 Feeling flat, irritable, or not yourself

Sometimes 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 stress, sleep, work, kids.
But maybe it isn’t.👀

Why testing matters:
👉🏻 Symptoms alone don’t tell the full story
👉🏻 Bloods give context
👉🏻 Early awareness = more options
👉🏻 You can’t manage what you don’t measure

Your health affects:
❤ Your energy
❤ Your mood
❤ Your relationship
❤ Your kids

So, if you’re:
✅ Over 40 (or maybe even late-30’s)
✅ Feeling “off” for months
✅ Doing the right things but still struggling

Testing isn’t a weakness.
It’s your responsibility.

Low testosterone isn’t “just getting older”.

Strength training isn’t about ‘looking good’.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲.💪🏻

Improved Strength means:
✅ Fewer Aches, Pains and Injuries
✅ More Energy and Posture
✅ Stronger Joints and Bones
✅ Showing up Physically for your Kids

Lift weights 𝗻𝗼𝘄… so life stays 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳.👈🏻

I’ve learned a LOT about myself and my physical capabilities in the last few years from working hard in the gym 💡

Just as millions of people 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 on their lofty 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 or 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, here are mine… out in public & fully committed to! 👀

I spend quite a lot of time working on and thinking about these, not just for ‘New Year’ but constantly evaluating, auditing and adjusting as I go (life throws up speed-bumps all the time right!)

I’m sharing these because it gives me that internal Motivation and a psychological edge of Accountability.
A Goal Shared openly is more likely to be achieved…💡

Now, these are 𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴, but I don’t see the point of making anything super-easy to attain a Goal, you’re just massaging your own ego and won’t get a true sense of accomplishment 🤷🏻‍♂️

Some of these I’ve made actual headway on already. Wheels in motion. Plans in place. Steps & Actions taken…

I’m excited and scared of these 💪🏻

Quick Tip from me on getting the most from your Rower & Ski… 💪🏻
The fan setting on a Rower or Skierg is not a ‘difficulty’ setting or a ‘gear’.👀

Simply choosing a higher setting, does not mean you’ll cover the target distance faster👀

Instead, choose a setting that helps you keep the flywheel spinning throughout your stroke💡

If you lose power before you hit your target distance, adjust the setting down a little next time. Experiment, optimise and smash your time 💥

Eeny meeny miny 𝗡𝗢! ✋🏻

I 𝚕̶𝚒̶𝚔̶𝚎̶ 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 sweets, but…

When I’m looking to manage my body composition or trim a little excess fat, they are an easy swap or drop!👍🏻

I’m not the kind of Coach that ‘bans’ your favourites or demonises foods or treats. If we can’t have some of those ‘fun’ things, life can get pretty boring!

However...
𝘐𝘧 you are trying to adopt a 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝘁, this is an easy win!

Drop your usual fun treats (𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘴, 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘴, 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘳, 𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘴, 𝘦𝘵𝘤) and you’ll make instant, easy calorific savings.🙌🏻

If you ‘suffer’ with a sweet-tooth, then use my “Fruit First” technique:
👀🍬 Fancy something sweet…
🍌🍏 Eat some Fresh, Tinned or Dried Fruit
✅ This might just do the trick ✅
😕 If you’re still hungry for the treats after, then go ahead…👍🏻
💡 You’re likely to eat fewer / less of them because the fruit is far more satiating 👌🏻
…but you can still enjoy ‘some’ of the fun stuff this way too😎

You can also choose to 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵-𝗶𝘁-𝗼𝘂𝘁 and just drop the treats/snack completely for a period. This does require some extra motivation or environmental planning though! 💪🏻

“𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀... 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆?” 👀
Every January it’s the same story for Dads:
• “New year, new me”...
• Big promises
• Big plans
• Then life, work, kids… and it quietly slips away by February 😅

Here’s the truth most Dads don’t want to hear:
• It’s not lack of willpower
• It’s not being “bad at routines”
• It’s trying to change 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 at once

Most Dads I work with don’t actually want:
• Six-pack abs
• Extreme diets
• Living in the gym

They want:
• More energy after work ⚡
• Better health (now and long term)
• Strength and fitness that fits real life
• To be more present, patient, and involved with their kids ❤️

I’m not a fan of dramatic New Year resolutions.
If something needs fixing, waiting for January won’t magically make it easier.
The Dads who do succeed tend to:
• Focus on a few key habits
• Build consistency, not perfection
• Stop chasing “fat loss hacks”
• Play the long game

If you’re nervous about joining my Dads Strength Sessions on a Sunday or Thursday morning at Aztec West, just know this… EVERY Single Dad that joins us, feels it on the their first session, even those who think they are ‘in shape’!

It’s perfectly normal to feel f**ked after doing this style of Strength Circuit, I still find them hard too!

Just know this… when you come back, it’s easier.
When you keep doing it, it’s easier.
Then the challenge is starting to push yourself once you’ve gotten your body into the routine.
And you don’t only get great coaching and support from me, these Legends will support you as well (they’ve ALL been there) ☝🏻

The guys in this video (only a small handful of our regulars) have over 1070 Sessions between them now!
They felt it first time. But. They came back, and kept coming back.
And now it’s an important (essential) time of the week for them and their routine.

That's it, I've had enough, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲!!👋🏻

Don't panic, just off for a well earned break in the sun... 😁☀
(𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘺!😝)

I'll be having a 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳, aside from popping some jealousy-inducing stories from my holiday here! 😁

All Clients are feeling supported (a special one-or-two will get a text check-in), gym-floor clients are on shut-down(!), and I am 𝗻𝗼𝘁 taking the laptop or doing 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 for this trip.
I tried to take everything with me on the last big family holiday, and whilst I still enjoyed supporting clients, it definitely became a minor frustration whilst my family were at the pool / beach / or buffet without me! 🙏🏻

So this year. I'm 100% out!
I'll still check some socials and maybe respond to messages, but mostly the phone is going to be locked in the safe after exploring the resort and beach and getting some pictures...

I'll also get LOADS of content ideas as usual, so will need to make some notes, videos, voice notes etc for using them later.
