Announcing an exciting new collaboration between Naledi studio and Murmuration! This is a 6 week course tailored for Neurodivergent parents of neurodivergent children.

Each session will include:• Gentle creative processes (no art experience needed)• Optional movement and grounding practices• Structured weekly themes supporting emotional regulation• Collaborative art and reflective exercises• Space for connection in a contained, respectful group.

Super excited to announce that we are now offering a new programme of arts-based wellbeing courses for SEND parents! We are aware that some find creative hands-on sessions more therapeutic than talk-based sessions - so if that is you, please take a look!

We have a 4 week Art for Wellbeing course in Filton started March 11th, with a taster session the week before so you can dip your toe. It's already booking up so make sure you secure your place soon :-)

They are donation based (£1 is fine!) but please email us if you need a free place - absolutely no problem!

If this is your story then we send out a warm welcome and invite you to our nurture group on Thursday 5th February where you can get advice, support and find connection with like minded people.
