Thanks to the wonderfup@group who came to for our autumn equinox session…..we found our breath….making that connection between our breath and our body….
supported us with some Pilates focusing on Balance and core strength….. and we ended with a calm and relaxing hypnotherapy trance….. we let the light and the dark in…. And left feeling supported and ready for what comes next…
