2️⃣ Place forearms on the frame at shoulder height

This gentle stretch is amazing for:
✨ Improving spinal mobility
✨ Relieving stiffness
✨ Warming up your back

How to do it:
1️⃣ Start on hands and knees
2️⃣ Exhale — round your spine (Cat)
3️⃣ Inhale — arch your back (Cow)
4️⃣ Repeat 6–10 times, moving with your breath
