"My doctor recommended this to me when I complained of to being able to lift a cup of tea sometimes. I hesitated to buy it and regret that I did not buy it sooner. While the bite valve and straw can take a little getting used to, the benefit I gained from it has far outweighed the pain of getting used to the straw. At 1 litre, it has made drinking a lot easier as I refill it less often than a glass and do not need to worry about the weight, as once it's hung in place, the lightweight of the straw makes drinking easy. While the price may seem a little steep for a single bottle, the independence it has given back to me is well worth the price! I now use it all day, every day and find the quality fantastic. It is well made. I highly recommend it if you need help with hydration".
