My first podcast discussing the origins of ADHD.

I also explain why many identical twin studies don't evidence ADHD being genetic.

In this episode of UK NOW, host Kezia Noble explores one of today’s most pressing questions — is the rise in ADHD linked to our screen-obsessed world?Joining...

ADHD 'gene studies' are fraudulent...

Children who have experienced adverse childhood events (ACEs), such as parental separation, neglect, abuse, etc, often suffer from inattention, hyperactivity and emotional dysregulation - the same diagnostic criteria as ADHD.

The cohort selected in ADHD 'gene studies' are adopted identical twins who have been parented separately by different families.

These adopted twins are not selected because they are genetically almost identical, they are selected because they have suffered ACEs - they have been separated from both their biological parents and their twin.

No wonder then that up to 75% exhibit so many exhibit 'ADHD' traits.

The same cohort is used in autism gene studies...I suspect Tylenol / paracetamol theory misses the 🎯

A fact about 'ADHD'...

If someone came to you looking for work but had a genetic condition that meant they struggled to plan or organise anything, would you employ them?

What if I told you they only had a problem performing tasks for themselves? - that they were likely to be a people pleaser more than happy to do things for other people.

That fact changes everything.

It demonstrates a lack of self love which strongly suggests learned behaviour, NOT genetics.

It also means it's treatable without drugs.

Hi there,

Thanks for checking in.

The aim of this page is to share information about the condition called 'ADHD'.

I was diagnosed with 'ADHD' at 52 after a difficult time at work. I started to look at my traits and symptoms which I knew were mostly psychosocial - related to my challenging childhood. It led me to question what other aspects of 'ADHD' I was less aware of might be explaned by psychology and it turns out all the symptoms are interchangeable with complex-PTSD.

I have found my poor executive function was the most life limiting factor, but I managed to cure it with overnight meditation - perfect for the brain that runs 100mph! It also meant not dragging up any painful traumas - I was literally overwriting all the negative messages I'd been telling myself for decades. I recovered enough to write a 300 page book!

Please read my book - I'd be really interested in your thoughts and any concerns or challenges as to its accuracy.

Thank you and take care x
