It’s not a miniature like the dog, but I think it works perfectly at this size 🐾

As I’m sure you’ve seen, I’ve been playing with wire recently and have made some wire bookmarks.
Well… I’ve been a bit more adventurous and created a very cute miniature 3D dog 🐾
I’m pretty impressed with how he turned out!
He’ll be popping into a tin, just like my needle felted miniatures – I think he fits right in 🥰

I had a Siberian tiger and her baby for sale. This piece has been in my stock ever since I first began needle felting.

It finally sold at Weston Makers last week… and then, lo and behold, I received an order for another one because a lady wanted to buy my original.

It really goes to show that you never know when certain pieces will sell. I always say my work is just waiting for the right person to come along 🧡
Handmade pieces find their homes in their own time — and I love that.

Ok lovely people, I need your help please! 💛

I’m planning my January & February workshops and would love your ideas.
What would you like to make?

🐑 Needle-felted animal sculptures (cute, quirky or realistic)
🧶 Painting pictures with wool (felted wool art you can frame)
👜 Decorating cushions or bags with needle-felted designs
🐦 Seasonal makes (robins, sheep, woodland animals, pets?)
🧚 Characters, fairies, gnomes or something totally different?

Comment below with your ideas, favourites, or anything you’ve always wanted to try.
If there’s enough interest, I’ll turn it into a workshop!

I held my last workshop of the year today, making a gonk.
My ever-faithful student was my only one today, and her gonk turned out absolutely amazing 🤩

She wants to keep it out all year, so she steered away from a Christmas theme — a perfect example of how you can really make these workshops your own.

If you ever fancy trying your hand at needle felting, keep an eye out for next year’s workshops, hopefully starting in January.
If there’s a group of you who would like to make something in particular, drop me a message and we can arrange something to suit you.
