Thanks to those who attended our Oct Sound Healing @ Hoylake Parade Community Centre last week, the theme of our session focused on the Heart chakra. The sounds of the drum, chimes & gong attuning to our heart beat & resonating within this beautiful space.

Thanks to all who attended the drumming for health & wellbeing session with Forestry of Sound @ Hoylake Parade Community Centre last evening. Such a lovely venue, the acoustics of the "quiet space" were amazing as we meditated, drummed & sang together. Drumming can be a great way to destress, express & ground ourselves.

Thanks to all the lovely folk who came to the Sound Bath hosted by Forestry of Sound @ Hoylake Parade Community Centre last evening. Such a lovely calm and peaceful venue in the "quiet space". The acoustic sound of the bowls, gong & drum within this space sent healing waves to all present. Our meditation & soundscape focused on the element of water, so important for refreshing & revitalising the mind, body & soul.

What's Happening

I am excited to be hosting monthly Frame Drum Circles @ Neston Community Centre & Hoylake Community Centre

These sessions are for complete beginners or seasoned drummers & are great for expressing your emotions, healing & connecting with others through the rhythm of the drum. We drum, move, sing & laugh together. I have a limited number of spaces available with frame drum hire. However you are welcome to bring your own frame drum ( please email me separately to book for this option)
