In my book, mentoring is about guidance, not control. It’s about helping someone see their potential more clearly.

It can also be confused with coaching and they may often overlap.

💡Some of my best sessions happened when tech failed — and creativity kicked in. There’s something beautifully simple about marker pens and fresh paper.

💡 Fun fact: Writing by hand activates more of the brain than typing, improving memory and creativity.
