Starting in September at Brockdish Village Hall.
Tuesday, 10-11am.
A Hatha flow style class. Starting with a grounding meditation we increase movement working on balance and flexibility, with a bit of a challenge, before settling into longer stretches and a peaceful relaxation at the end. Just what you deserve 💞
