1. Move Often, Sit Less
Your spine loves variety. Break up sitting every 30-45 minutes with gentle movement.

2. Strengthen Your Core
A strong core = a supported spine. Try bird dogs and half roll backs. (P.S. Regular Pilates classes will really make a big difference)

3. Mind Your Posture
Keep your spine neutral, shoulders back, chin tucked, and no slouching.
