Hi, I’m Sam — a 52-year-old mum of six who decided at 50 that it was finally my time.
Like many women, I spent years putting everyone else first. But when I hit 50, I realised something had to change. I wanted to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my own body — and I knew other women my age probably felt the same. So I started with studying nutrition, because I wanted to understand how to properly fuel our bodies as we get older. But very quickly I realised something was missing…
Exercise. Strength. Movement.💪🏻💪🏻
That realisation led me to train as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, and then go even further by qualifying in Boxercise and boxing coaching with the Hatton Academy.🥊🥊
My goal has always been simple:
To help women in their 40s and 50s feel strong, capable, and confident again.
Because let’s be honest — walking into a gym and being coached by someone half your age isn’t always comfortable. I wanted to create something different. A space where women feel understood, supported, and empowered.
I was once told that focusing on women in midlife was “too niche.”
But I believe it’s exactly where the biggest difference can be made.
This isn’t about quick fixes or shrinking ourselves.
It’s about getting stronger, building confidence, and feeling good in our bodies again. And if you’re a woman in your 40s or 50s who wants to start that journey — you’re exactly who I’m here for. 🩷🩷
