The festive season can be a challenging time for routines, but Jessica stayed as consistent as she could and it’s clearly paid off 💪

Despite a few hurdles along the way, she’s still made fantastic progress:
✔️ Weight down
✔️ Body fat reduced
✔️ Hydration improved
✔️ Muscle mass maintained
✔️ Metabolic age reduced
✔️ A huge 21.5cm lost overall

More importantly, she’s feeling the difference too — sleeping better, feeling less sluggish and noticing her clothes fitting more comfortably 👏
