🍁🔥🍂Upcoming Sound Baths at the Fforum, Fforest Fields , in the Dome, with a roaring log burner to keep us cosy! The first bath is November 22nd at 2.30pm,so plenty of time to get home before dark!
Click on the image to book your space; mats and a blanket are provided but you may wish to bring another blanket, a cushion and warm socks.
This will be the first sound bath I use my new beautiful monochord at! I'm super excited!🍂🔥🍁

🍂🍁 November events are emerging! They include a new Drumming Circle at Llanyre, near Llandrindod Wells, on Monday November 24th. This is an enjoyable exploration of rhythms, chants and improvisation using handheld drums- djembe drums are welcome too of course! I have frame drums to borrow if you don’t have a drum. This is suitable for all ages and abilities and no musical or drumming experience is necessary. Message me for more info and to reserve your space! 🍁🍂

Drumming circles can:
~ reduce stress and anxiety and lower blood pressure
~increase wellbeing, empowerment and self confidence
~increase connection with others-a sense of community

These gatherings are to be held in idyllic Tylwch, nestled in the Cambrian Mountains 3 miles South of Llanidloes, starting in September💫🌟✨

DRUMMING CIRCLES are bi-monthly on Monday evenings at 7.30-8.45pm:
🌟September 8th and 22nd
🌟October 6th and 20th
🌟November 3rd and 17th
🌟December 1st and 15th

🌻PLACES ARE LIMITED TO 8!🌻

🍂Each week will have its own focus, based around enjoyable rhythms, chants and improvisations, and are suitable for everyone. 🍂
