Deep gratitude to those beautiful souls who joined me at Nurture this evening for a wellbeing evening.

Tonight it is a full moon in Ta**us called the Beaver moon we looked at at the full moon energies and letting go as well as some crystals for the full moon.
We did some drumming, a meditation and had a group chat.

A lovely evening thank you for joining me.
