One of my favourite things is when our class WhatsApp groups start pinging after a session… and this week did not disappoint! 💩😂

Our Colic Combat Routine is a firm favourite with parents - and for good reason. It’s our signature sequence because it genuinely helps:

On Thursday, I welcomed a brand-new group of mums and babies to our Basking Babies class in Hoddesdon, and it reminded me just how brave it can feel to walk into a room full of strangers. 💕

I often get messages from mums who are feeling anxious about coming along — worrying about naps, feeds, or simply stepping into a new space.

Please know: you’re not alone in feeling that way. Every single mum in the room has felt that same mix of nerves and excitement at some point. 🌿

Our classes are as much for you as they are for your baby (if not, more!). They’re a calm, welcoming space to:

We’re back in Cheshunt tomorrow at the fabulous after a two-week half-term break! 🎉

The week before the holidays ended with ALL our mums and babies feeling under the weather 🤒 (there must’ve been something in the air!).

If you’ve ever had to miss a class because life - or illness - got in the way, please know it’s completely okay. 💕 We always take time to recap routines each week, so you’ll never feel behind or miss out.

Tomorrow, our lovely mums and babies are already on Week 5 of our Baby Massage course - halfway through! 🌿

This week we’re learning back and face massage, which bring so many wonderful benefits:
💆‍♀️ Back massage helps strengthen posture, ease tension, and promote relaxation through gentle strokes.
😊 Face massage supports sinus drainage, eases teething discomfort, and helps babies recognise your facial expressions — deepening that beautiful connection between you both.
