Hello and welcome to Emergent Souls Counselling, Psychotherapy & Spiritual Guidance. My name is Anita Knight and I offer Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spiritual Guidance in Bude, Cornwall and nationwide. COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Working with each client as a whole, we explore Mind, Body, Soul and Emotion to bring awareness to each aspect of self in relation to your concerns, reconnecting those forgotten parts to increase your overall well-being. I work with a broad range of concerns and in an initial session we can meet and discuss your specific needs and any outcomes you hope for, ensuring that we always work at a pace that suits you. Using several comfortable offices around Bude, Cornwall, I offer a relaxed, confidential and non-judgemental space just for you. Home visits are available to the surrounding area and I provide telephone and online (Zoom) sessions, ideal for those seeking counselling from further afield. Sessions ideally begin on a weekly basis however I understand this doesn't suit everyone. Fortnightly or monthly sessions are also available and can be discussed at the initial consultation. When we are experiencing difficulty in life or have lost that sense of purpose, great healing can be found in that which is not merely physical. Much has been forgotten by modern man in terms of inner wisdom and intuition however I am a keen believer that those primitive skills have never left us. By attuning to the energies around us and within us, we open a new perspective from which to perceive life, allowing us to once again trust ourselves. I offer Readings and Spiritual Guidance sessions using my attunement to these energies and whether it is a psychic reading or mediumship, cards or exploratory discussion, there is great awareness to yourself and your situations that can be gained. Sessions are held during the day from my home in Launcells, Bude however I am happy to travel to client's homes for evening readings or guidance.
