🐂 Grassroots Rugby Doing It Right 🐂
On Saturday the Bulls travel to Ystradgynlais in Division One West Central with a 2:30pm KO.
One thing that really stands out this week — the average age of the starting XV is just 21.
A young side full of talent, energy and belief proudly wearing the black and gold.
It’s also a huge tribute to the work done in our junior and youth sections over many years. Like many other grassroots rugby clubs, Builth Wells continues to invest in its young players and give them the chance to step into senior rugby.
Sometimes the wider rugby world talks about development structures…
but in towns like ours clubs are quietly showing how it can be done.
Maybe one day the higher hierarchy might come and ask what grassroots clubs are doing right.
