And just like that, I’m officially the mum of a 2 year old. 🥹

2 life-changing years full of self-discovery, new priorities, boundary pushing, deep inner work (something I begin to look forward to), crawling out of my comfort zone, tears of grief and tears of joy, soul-searching, endless Googling, moments of sadness and times of inexplicable euphoria.. the duality of motherhood is a positive sign.
It tells me I am human.

The transition from woman to mother has been the most challenging and rewarding experience. Every day you teach me something new and I know the transition is not yet complete and maybe never will be for we are always evolving.

Thank you for pushing me and guiding me to be a better version of myself. 🙏🏻

Deciding on where to give birth can become overwhelming, especially with the plethora of advice & opinions out there. But quite simply, it’s YOUR choice - there’s no right or wrong.

It’s no secret I speak positively about home births! Mainly due to having had a home birth myself but also due to having seen & heard about the benefits of other home births.

However, only YOU know which birth setting feels right for you & I’m not here to convince you otherwise.
The benefits of Hypnobirthing are really for ALL births in ALL birth settings & I’m here to support you & your choices.

By nature, I love sun and warm/hot temperatures. But for the first time in my life, when I was 9 months pregnant during a heatwave, I couldn’t wait to escape it!
With general fatigue and lack of sleep, a heatwave whilst pregnant can feel exhausting so I wanted to share my top tips for getting through it as comfortably as possible.
