What an incredible way to start December. I had the most amazing evening with my Slimming World group we are more than a group, truly a family. Sharing time together, chatting, dancing and laughing reminded me exactly why this journey matters.

I am so proud of every single one of my members. Seeing one of them dancing last night truly touched my heart ❤️ not long ago, he couldn’t walk for five minutes without needing to stop and rest, and now here he is, confidently moving and enjoying life.

We were even the last few left in the room and had to be asked to go home 😂 none of us wanted the night to end. Moments like this are why I love what I do.

Mama’s little helper today 🎄
Outside wasn’t the nicest today, so we decided to put the decs up! We put the Christmas tree up with all the Christmas songs playing we sang, we danced, and had the best time. What a perfect way to spend my nanny day. Absolutely loved every moment. ❤️

Up and out early this morning! 🌅💪 I started my run feeling really positive, ready for a long one 🤗 but after a mile and a half my hip started playing up 😔. It’s been happening for a couple of weeks now, so I think new trainers are definitely needed! When I went out on Tuesday in a different pair, I wasn’t affected at all, so I’m heading home now to order some fresh ones. 👟

Still staying positive though 🤗 I’m getting my body magic in and clocking those steps. I would never have gone for a run all those years ago. I’ve lost 7½ stone, and my motivation is stronger than ever!
