✨ Family Feast – Slimming World Style! ✨
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve really set myself a little challenge — to make every single meal 100% Slimming World friendly, with only the tiniest of tweaks so the whole family could enjoy them too.
This weekend felt like the pinnacle of that challenge — the whole family round the table… my eldest daughters, their partners, and the grandkids too ❤️
And this was what I cooked up:
🍄 Mushroom Macaroni – rich, creamy, full of flavour, and completely on plan!
🥭 Mango & Lime Chicken – zingy, fresh, and bursting with colour.
Both went down an absolute storm!
I also made Tyrolean-style sausage— not on my personal meal plan, but they gave everyone else a bit more choice at the table. They had these with rice, and plenty of veg (including the mushroom macaroni!).
The best part? Everyone was happy, everyone was full, and I got to stay completely on plan — without feeling like I was missing out on a thing. 💪
It’s such a brilliant reminder that family meals don’t have to mean separate cooking or slipping off plan. With a few smart swaps and a dash of creativity, you really can enjoy food together — the Slimming World way ❤️
