Happy Samhain - meaning Summers end🌙✨
As the wheel turns and the veil between our world and the spirit world is thin we remember and honour our ancestors. We give thanks for the harvest, release the past, and embrace new beginnings. Light a candle, set intentions, and celebrate the magic of the season! May the turning of the year bring you warmth in your heart, strength, joy & happiness 🍂

As I walk around the garden with a cuppa I can see that Autumn is here🍂
The Acer tree leaves are turning a beautiful autumn colour. The oak & the ash are beginning to surrender their leaves. The birds are more quiet as some have already taken their journey to warmer climates. Other wildlife begin to fall into a deep slumber ready for hibernation. The breeze has lost its warmth and has been replaced by a much cooler kiss to my face..

The signs are all around advising us to surrender ourselves to the darker months and to slow down. Replace the high expectations of summer with slower activities like journaling, meditation & grounding. Try and get out in nature to feel the ground under your feet and to smell the rain. It is a time to be gentle with ourselves and to allow some much needed self love and to prepare ourselves for the rebirth in the spring 🌱

Today I am starting a 28 day gratitude journey to reset my mind to think positively as this helps me to slow down & be present around this time of the year✨

It was so lovely to have my parents come and stay last week. My mum who is 79yrs old loved her Reiki & Crystal healing session with me and got to purge a lot of negativity that she had lingering around. There was such a beautiful energy surrounding my mum and I got to benefit from this too making it such a Magickal moment for us both ✨

I have some availability this week if anyone is looking to purge any negative vibes and replace it with positivity. Just send me a message✨

I am absolutely thrilled to have passed my Reiki Master Practitioner course today. I have now been given the Master symbol to work with and ignite even more powerful energy for the beautiful souls who come to me for healing✨

It's not always about the destination, but the journey...

I love getting the Mead hall ready for healing sessions ✨ Looking out of the windows I can just see a change to the garden. The wheel is turning, plants are losing their summer vibes and the Oak tree is shedding its acorns. The 'ber' months are almost upon us and with them comes the start of the hibernation period. There aren't so many 'expectations' like in the summer months .. We can start to gradually slow down. Look to nature and follow their path. The 'ber' months are a time to reflect, to nurture and to be still🌿

Next week Gary and I will be taking a little break to Yorkshire as it's our 20th wedding anniversary and it's been a very busy summer. So I may not reply to messages as quickly. I'll be back Saturday 6th Sept 💚

Good morning, sorry I have been quiet on here. Life has been quite busy. The planets are all over the place at the moment which doesn't help how we feel. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel as we have the peak of the Lions Gate portal tomorrow on the 8th Aug, so 8/8. This alignment involves the sun in Leo, the star Sirius, and the Earth. Which is a great time to manifest, create vision boards & set goals. We also have the Full Moon on Saturday so a perfect time to get rid of what no longer serves you and on Monday 11th Aug we can say goodbye to the Mercury Retrograde who likes to play some tricks and cause upheaval....😏🙈

So just take a moment to take a few deep breaths, get your shoes off and feel Mother Earth under your feet for some well deserved grounding & be present in the moment. It's so easy to get on that merry go round and find it hard to get off..

Today I'm welcoming a new beautiful soul and also a returning beautiful soul for Reiki & Crystal healing✨ So whilst I'm getting the Mead Hall ready I'm playing some soothing music and have lit some space clearing incense, which smells amazing.
I love helping people and it also makes me feel grounded too.

Lammas, a word derived from Old English meaning 'loaf mass' also known as Lughnasadh, is a festival that celebrates the first harvest of the year which is usually celebrated on the 1st Aug🌾

It is a time of abundance, gratitude, and giving thanks for the bountiful harvest. This is not only a celebration, but the half way point between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox🌻
Lammas is associated with the God Lugh, who represents skill, craftsmanship, and the sun☀️

Because Lammas celebrates the beginning of the harvest season, it's a perfect time to sit down and think about (or even make a list) of all of the things you have in abundance and all of your achievements this year. Like the harvest, you've planted a seed and the fruits of your labour have paid off. Give thanks for all that you have and all that you love💚
