..that we are nearly at the end of November....which means we're nearing the end of the year....like how is that even possible?! 😱

I mean, it's definitely cold enough to be winter so that tracks, but what even is time?! Thank you all for joining me today, braving that bitter cold morning to come and get all toasty in our warm little space 🥰

There were babies who explored, babies who relaxed under the lights and babies who zoned out, looking super ready for a nap by the time they left. Heard a story of one baby who doubled their nap length after a Glow session (not the first time I've heard of post Glow super naps!)- can't guarantee that, but what a fab perk if you get it eh? Especially if you can go get a hot drink and more than 5 minutes to yourself- winning! 🙌

✨️It may be freezing outside...✨️
.. but our little space was warm and cosy. Didn't really realise how snug it was until we had to open the doors... what is this weather?! We had it all this morning- rain, ice rain, sleet, light snow and snow snow! But above all, it was freeeeeeeezing out there - definitely back to coat on the door season 🥶

Thank you all so much for joining us for another wonderfully busy session featuring the utterly amazing Emma from - your babes were all wonderfully behaved for their prints and there were some super cute gifts created this morning 😍

Heard some mamas making friends again today which is just so, so lovely. The way you bond over mum life and help each other feel less alone, offer support and lift each other up is just amazing 👏

..exploring everything that Glow has to offer this morning warmed my heart. It was so lovely watching your babes making friends, engaging with the lights, bonding with their mamas. Just magic 🥹

Thank you all for joining me in another beautifully busy session- I know the waitlist is long at the moment and I really hate the thought of anyone missing out- I'm working on it- keep your eyes peeled for cancellations and additional session updates and make sure my emails don't disappear in your junk 💗

It seems that every session at the moment I'm apologising for not taking many photos, but those I spoke to today about it reminded me how important the conversations we have together are and that our little group gives you that outlet. So I will ALWAYS prioritise that. I will always prioritise you and your little ones and what you need from our little space 🫶

..is quickly becoming one of my faves! Because it's the smallest room we use, I can turn the whole space into a little sensory haven 🥰

I often get mamas apologise for their baby creating 'chaos'... It may feel like chaos to you but to me, it's exploration! I LOVE that everything is everywhere at the end of a session; it means your little one got stuck in and that their curiosity was nurtured 🙌

Thank you all for joining me today- from the big group of mamas who brought their baby bffs to play, to the mamas that came alone and met other mamas in the same situation, to the mamas that came to bond with their bub under the lights- I appreciate you all 💗

..so this morning was the kind of morning where chatting happened more than snapping! 📸

And I didn't realise until the end of the session... oh well! All that means is that we had lots to chat about and how wonderful is that?! 🥰

I love that about our Lindfield venue- it's always a busy one full of chatter and bonding under the lights, but it never feels too busy- just a gentle hubub which is perfect 💗

..it may be fireworks night tonight but we had all the lights and sparkle this morning in our cosy Glow room 🎇

It feels like ages since I last saw you all- my feet barely hit the ground during half term!! There were also lots of new faces today- welcome to our little space, I hope you had a relaxing time 🫶

I noticed lots of little conversations popping up today between people who hadn't met before and I LOVE that. Heard birth stories and shared experiences being talked about which is just EVERYTHING. I know it's a sensory room for your little one, but I always, always hope it's also a space where you can find connection- be that with your baby, with your friends, with new friends or even with me (I love getting to know you all) 🥰

..on Halloween 2025, and what a way to finish off the season with our first ever Mixed Age session 😍

I really loved creating this space at for the little ones to explore- setting up little Halloween invitations to play and watching them just immerse themselves in the environment. And they went all in on the Halloween vibes 🎃

And how wonderful to get to see some of my OG babes as inquisitive toddlers! The vibe was relaxed toddler chaos, if that's even a thing, and they absolutely smashed it- as did all of their wonderful grown ups 🫶

So many kind words today about the set up, thank you so much! What you may not realise is I actually spend time at home doodling and plotting out where everything is going to go, so when you say how much you've loved it, it really does mean a lot 💗

Final stop on the Halloween tour is our mixed age session in Burgess Hill, then it will be time to pack it all up and start thinking about Christmas 👀☺️🎄

From our witchy corner 🧙‍♀️ to our spider webs 🕸, our skeleton and ghostly area 💀 to our pumpkin patch 🎃, there's something for everyone in our spooky space 👻

We are now in full Halloween swing at Glow and I LOVE it! Burgess Hill, you were absolute beauts today! Thank you all for embracing the theme and embracing the space in the way you do. I love how some of you find a cosy spot to chill out in and how others move around the space, taking in everything there is. This space is for you to use in whichever way makes you feel happiest 🥰

Lots of grandparents joined today too- our space is such a lovely way for those special people in your baby's life to also get some bonding time- always so, so lovely to see 🫶

Next stop: The Lindfield double!
