After the success of last week's taster sessions I am so happy for my sound baths to be a regular offering at St Marys Parish Centre, Burley in Wharfedale.

Sound baths are a wonderful way of switching off from the world.

The gentle sound of the crystal bowls create the perfect environment for your body to rest, relax and rebalance. After a session you can feel restored and reconnected to self.
