CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS! 🥕

Spoiler alert- it’s doesn’t turn into a carrot cake overnight (sorry)

However it is delicious!

Oats
Grated carrot
Chia seeds
Cinnamon
Milk of choice (I used oat)
Greek fage yogurt
(Add maple syrup if required)

Top with more Greek yoghurt and add some cinnamon, nuts and seeds to the top- refrigerate overnight 👌🏻

I drizzled with raw honey in the morning to add a bit of sweetness 🍯

Enjoy! 😉

✨Eat and drink with intention 💫

What does this mean???

To eat with intention is to eat in a way that supports your body, mind and soul being clear, energised and feeling your best. It’s to eat from a place of deep self love and real nourishment.

My moto is ‘heal with every meal’ I question how am I “healing with this meal” when I eat, if something doesn’t support my body or mind, it’s simple- I don’t/wont eat it! This takes time to train your mind and cravings but the more you follow the intention of eating - well the easier it becomes. I threw myself all in back in 2022 as I had the calling to radically change my diet due to a diagnosis, however the great news is….you don’t have to wait to be forced to change!!!

Unfortunately in the Uk most people are living on a SAD diet (standard American diet) how this has happened I do not know but I can take a guess, Moneyyyyyyy 💸💵🤑 It is creating illness and disease and people need to stop! Have a think, why our medicines/treatments are now so advanced but more and more people are getting sicker and sicker! The root cause is diet/stress and lack of exercise as people would rather socialise out eating and drinking rather than spending time outdoors/gym or a wellbeing studio.

I hope this post gives you a little inspiration 🫶🏼✨

When you raise your consciousness you also become more aware of your environment and the goings on in the world. 🤯

One thing we would like to mention is the food industry. Believe it or not most “foods” on our supermarket shelves are not food, they are chemically made “food like”products. We believe because they are being sold in a supermarket they are safe however this is not the case.
A lot of packet foods are filled will chemical ingredients, sugar, colourings, oils etc.
These are all detrimental to our health, it’s no surprise that we live in a world where heart disease, cancer and diabetes are becoming more and more common.
Do you ever check the ingredients list of products you are buying? You will be surprised to see how many ingredients there is and some you will have never heard of, these are chemicals, fillers, preservatives etc. Why would we eat chemicals when we have a whole Farm-acy of whole foods to enjoy? 🍎🥑🥝

More and more children are being diagnosed with ADHD. Some studies link ADHD with low levels of certain micronutrients ... Many breakfast cereals, candies, and sodas contain these chemicals. We are conditioned to feed our children cereals from a very young age, we’ve all been there, however sugary cereal is the worst thing we can feed our children in the morning. Please refrain from doing this.
Breakfast cereals are highly processed, often packed with added sugar and refined carbs. Their packages regularly have misleading health claims.
If you eat cereal, read the ingredients list and approach health claims with skepticism. The best cereals are high in fiber and low in sugar.
That said, many healthier breakfast options exist. Whole, single-ingredient foods — such as oat porridge or eggs — are a great choice instead.

If you take just one thing from this today please make a start by checking ingredients on packet products before you purchase, it will sure open your eyes to what you are consuming.
