When you raise your consciousness you also become more aware of your environment and the goings on in the world. 🤯
One thing we would like to mention is the food industry. Believe it or not most “foods” on our supermarket shelves are not food, they are chemically made “food like”products. We believe because they are being sold in a supermarket they are safe however this is not the case.
A lot of packet foods are filled will chemical ingredients, sugar, colourings, oils etc.
These are all detrimental to our health, it’s no surprise that we live in a world where heart disease, cancer and diabetes are becoming more and more common.
Do you ever check the ingredients list of products you are buying? You will be surprised to see how many ingredients there is and some you will have never heard of, these are chemicals, fillers, preservatives etc. Why would we eat chemicals when we have a whole Farm-acy of whole foods to enjoy? 🍎🥑🥝
More and more children are being diagnosed with ADHD. Some studies link ADHD with low levels of certain micronutrients ... Many breakfast cereals, candies, and sodas contain these chemicals. We are conditioned to feed our children cereals from a very young age, we’ve all been there, however sugary cereal is the worst thing we can feed our children in the morning. Please refrain from doing this.
Breakfast cereals are highly processed, often packed with added sugar and refined carbs. Their packages regularly have misleading health claims.
If you eat cereal, read the ingredients list and approach health claims with skepticism. The best cereals are high in fiber and low in sugar.
That said, many healthier breakfast options exist. Whole, single-ingredient foods — such as oat porridge or eggs — are a great choice instead.
If you take just one thing from this today please make a start by checking ingredients on packet products before you purchase, it will sure open your eyes to what you are consuming.
