🌄 Hyndburn Community — We Need Your Help! 🌄

In May 2026, 11 members of our PCN team will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, and we want this effort to give something meaningful back to the place we’re proud to serve.

As we prepare for the climb, we’re reaching out to you — our Hyndburn community — to help us choose local charities to support. We want to raise money for causes that matter right here at home, helping to keep our incredible local organisations thriving.

Once we’ve gathered your suggestions, our PCN team will meet to discuss them all and choose two local charities to fundraise for during our challenge.

Thankyou to all the services that attended and a huge thankyou to Tesco Great Harwood and Accrington for donating fruit and water to hand out to attendees.

We did a free raffle for everyone who attended and completed a feedback form and the winners of this will be posted shortly.

Welcome to the newest member of our PCN Team, meet Mavis!

Mavis is currently undergoing her training to be an accredited therapy dog to accompany our ACP Suzie on her care home rounds!

Mavis has had one outing to a care home in the area and was a big hit!

She was also the star of our face to face PCN meeting yesterday 🤩

Yesterday some of our ARRs staff attend the the Bank Mill Warm Spaces event offering Blood Pressures Checks and Health and Wellbeing Advice!
