Last week, East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity (EAAA) reached a remarkable milestone — 25 years of saving lives across our region. 🚁💛

This week, we were proud to donate £650 to support their incredible work.

EAAA’s speed, skill and dedication make a life-changing difference every day — and we’re grateful to contribute in whatever way we can.

If you’d like to help too, here are some ways to donate via EAAA:

One-off or regular donation — even small amounts add up and make a big difference.

Corporate giving — businesses can get involved via sponsorship, partnerships, or corporate donations.

Gifts in Wills / legacy giving — leaving a gift to EAAA in your Will helps fund roughly one in four of their missions; no gift is too small.

£600 raised for Charity.

Over the last month we have been working on organising a carboot to raise money for East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity.

Whilst we didn't see many sellers attend (unfortunately the forecast regularly changing probably didn't help) we still managed to raise just over £600 for a truly life saving charity.

We would like to thank everyone who helped to make it possible including St Neots Rugby Club for allowing us to use their field.

Today our Director went to meet some of the team from East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity ahead of the weekend where we are organising a fundraiser for them.

What a fantastic organisation with the community and patients at the forefront of priority, walking around you could see the positivity from all staff, I could only imagine how lovely it would be to work there!

We managed to catch a video of the team being dispatched which we will post for you below!

Today we was fortunate to be on site at RAF Honington.

We provided a Paramedic led team for the 2025 family and friends day.

Whilst the weather wasn’t ideal flying conditions and no aircraft’s were seen in the sky, we did enjoy the ground activities.

We are staying on site too provide cover for the band and bar part of the evening.

Today we were lucky enough to be invited too Little Burstead Golf Club to provide a first aid awareness course to their members.

We named it “fairway first aid” 🏌️

We covered the following

CPR
using an AED safely
Management of catastrophic bleeding
Choking
Seizures

Some of the members asked more questions about strokes, heat exhaustion, anaphylaxis to name a few, we answered and provided practical ways to learn.

Whilst it was fantastic to provide the members with the knowledge and confidence to deal with an emergency- we do hope they never have to use it!
