You give your time to your job, your family, your friends, your pets, but how much time do you give to yourself?
Itโs easy to get caught up in the daily demands, always putting others' needs ahead of your own. Some might tell you about how important it is to take care of yourself in order to take care of others and whilst this is true, what if you simply took care of yourself because you care about yourself? Whether itโs taking a moment to switch off, engaging in a hobby you love, or simply resting, dedicating time to yourself is not just a luxury - it's necessary for your mental wellness.
