One Step Bury One Step offers a holistic approach to mental health & physical wellbeing. Gentle stretching with a visual meditation.

Women’s Sessions
Mondays & Thursday 1-3pm

Mens sessions
Monday 10.30-1230
Wednesday 11.30am-1.30pm

A typical 2 hour session.....

As much/as little physical activity as you choose to do - gym, yoga, circuit training, bike, treadmill, weights, spin etc. Tea/coffee and a chat with tips on how to take care of your own mental wellbeing.

We are Celebrating 5Years of One Step with an Open Day in our New premises. It’s this Tuesday starting at 10.30. You can hear about how One Step came about and listen to some inspirational stories from our volunteers and service users.
There will be a lovely buffet and taster sessions including meditation and jewellery making, arts and crafts

We need someone to volunteer their skills and connect our oven to the electric supply. We really want to start cooking with our service users and provide meals but unfortunately the cooker in our new community hub is not connected to the mains but the hob is. Please could you be the one who helps us so we can support our community at One Step 😁🦶
