Smile Care bury will be linking up with ADDsuccess to provide coaching sessions and life coaching for ADHD and autism.

Professional life coaching at ADDsuccess is designed to help individuals become the person they aspire to be. Through dedicated sessions, clients are guided to overcome obstacles in life and work collaboratively to identify the most suitable path to achieve their personal goals.

Staff development via coaching

ADDsuccess works with local authority’s and schools and private organisations.

Staff coaching is available to those seeking additional support in their roles. Christine provides ongoing assistance to help build confidence and develop skills, ultimately increasing the likelihood of client success.
If you encounter challenges with a client, support is available to help you overcome barriers and promote progress. Staff coaching is offered by appointment, in individual or group sessions.

Merry Christmas to all my lovley clients this year has been truly amazing, as we walk into 2026 Smile homecare service will be doing a recruitment drive in January to join our amazing team of care workers so keep your eyes peeled.
