That’s all folks! I’m now on maternity leave and patiently awaiting my new job role to start. There’s still some classes- Wednesdays in chelmorton 10-11.15 and Fridays at New Bodies 11-12. Mondays nights due to resume from the 30th September 6.30-8pm.

To those who have lost, you are not alone. Follow for all the wonderful work they do, research, support and fundraising. Have faith for the future and don’t rely on the NHS for your journey. There just isn’t the research or the funding for these areas. All tests are archaic and basic. Don’t believe that “it just wasn’t meant to be” Don’t stand for “better luck next time” follow , .health or any other related specialists in women’s health. Have consultations, collate evidence, find the gaps and take back your control.

MENTAL HEALTH DAY # toptips 1) on a post it note write down something every single day that you are grateful for. Simple things. Put them in a jar. Believe me when the s**t hits the fan and you feel s**t this jar makes you see sense. That’s there’s so much good to outweighs the bad. 2) make time to cook or bake or prepare something for a loved one. Devoting some time to giving to others is wholesome af
3) move your body- do yoga, dance, walk. Whatever it is do it with focus and enjoyment. 4) cuddle a person or a pet. It releases oxytocin in your bloodstream- this is an antidepressant. Best part- all involved get the same release of hormones. 5) turn this s**t off, it’s dull and writing your brain, go be present somewhere else more fulfilling. People following me don’t need to read this, I’m not telling you how to live your life- you’ll already know. Go help somebody who doesn’t know or have access to any of the above.
