We are terribly sorry to advise that our lift is out of use again.
We have a broken mechanical part on the doors.
A part has been ordered and we are pending this to be delivered and fitted.

The frustration this is causing everyone is acutely understood and we sincerely apologise.
We have implemented our contingency plan and we continue to strive to meet all needs as promptly as usual.

I will keep everyone posted as always….😢
